NC President Deuba calls for relief to workers



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has asked the government to make arrangements of immediate relief to workers who are in difficult situation due to the lockdown.

Issuing a message on the occasion of the International Labor Day on Friday, Deuba said the life of the laborers who eked out a living by selling work has become even the more difficult due to the shortage of essentials including food grains at present.

He also asked the government for prompt relief measures to them.
