Coronavirus kills 23, 822, infects 232,128 in Spain



KATHMANDU: Spain has the second highest number of infection cases with 232,128 after the United States of America (USA).

The country reported 2, 706 infection cases, 301 deaths in the last 24 hours. A total of 23, 822 have died due to the novel virus as of Wednesday morning.

Currently, 84, 403 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the country, of which 7,764 are critical.

Meanwhile, 123, 903 have recovered after treatment.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China last December, the deadly virus has spread to 210 countries including two international conveyances across the world, killing 217,813 and infecting 3,136,508 people as of Wednesday morning.
