Lightning claims woman



BAGLUNG: Lightning has claimed the life of a woman at Dudhilabhati of Galkot municipality-1 in Baglung.

The deceased has been identified as 60-year-old Bijuli Khatree who died on the spot while her husband, Som Bahadur Khatree, fell unconscious after lightning struck them at their house yesterday.

According to Netra Bahadur Budhathoki, Chairperson of Galkot municipality Ward No. 1, Som Bahadur regained consciousness and is in normal condition.

Lightning is taking place in Baglung district over the last few days.
