COVID-19: Three Indian nationals put in isolation at Nepal’s hospital

BIRGUNJ: Three Indian nationals living in a mosque have been put in isolation at Narayani Hospital in suspicion of COVID-19. They were living in a mosque located in Birgunj Metropolis-2.

Swab samples of all of them have been sent to Kathmandu for a test.

Chief of Narayani Hospital Dr. Madan Kumar Upadhyaya said that swab samples of 24 persons were sent for testing to a lab in Hetauda on Friday.

After reports of three persons came suspicious, they were brought to the hospital and isolated.

The swab samples were then sent to the Kathmandu-based National Public Health Laboratory for a reconfirmation.
