Bagmati State police to launch awareness program against coronavirus

HETAUDA: Bagmati State Police office said it is launching awareness programs for the prevention of possible outbreak of novel coronavirus in the state.

Police are launching the campaign with the objective of reducing unnecessary threats regarding the deadly coronavirus.

The campaign is expected to reduce infection after making people alert on prevention measures, its symptoms and its treatment.

Officiating chief of the state police SSP Kishor Kumar Dahal said the police are launching the campaign realizing the social responsibility as the whole world is panicked with its possible outbreak.

The program would be launched in colleges, schools, and public places by preparing awareness videos and other materials by involving health workers, specialists.
