25 killed as tornado wreaks havoc on Tennessee



KATHMANDU: Twenty-five people were killed as a deadly cyclone wreaked havoc on Tennessee State of American on Tuesday.

Houses and other facilities were destroyed, injuring scores of people mostly from Patnam County, 80 miles east of Nashville.

Nineteen among those killed are from Patnam Country.

Over 44,000 people have been deprived of the power services.  The rescue work is underway.

Meanwhile, American President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit Tornado-hit Tennessee State on Friday.
