BHOJPUR: A sub engineer has been arrested with bribe money in the district.
The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) caught Sub Engineer Bishnu Kumar Rai with Rs 5,000 in bribe at Amchowk rural municipality.
An anti-graft team deployed from Itahari arrested Rai with the bribe taken from service seekers.
According to CIAA, Rai took the bribe promising them that he would approve the bill of Hayukhola drinking water project.
