Dillip murder scam: 3 including crusher operator remanded in custody



DHANUSHA: Three among the six accused in the murder of Dilip Kumar Mahato in the district have been remanded in custody for further investigation while the remaining three have been released on bail.

A single bench of Judge Keshav Prasad Ghirmir issued the order remanding the three in custody.

Tipper driver Munindra Mahato, loader driver Jitendra Mahato alias  Ranjit, crusher operator Bipin Mahato were remanded to custody while the remaining Roshan Kumar Yadav, Satyanarayan Mahato and Shatrughan  have been released on a Rs 25,000 bail.

Dilip had been murdered on January 10.
