Kejriwal to take oath as Delhi CM on Feb 16



NEW DELHI: Arvind Kejriwal, the person to lead the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to an astounding victory yet again in the Delhi Assembly poll, will take oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi for the third straight time on Sunday.

The oath-taking ceremony will be conducted at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan, Indian media reports have said.

According to the Election Commission, the AAP emerged victorious in 62 of the 70 seats which means that the party got a total vote share of 53.57 percent.

Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janta Party won eight seats, getting 38.51 percent of the total votes.
