ICC WC League 2: Nepal invites America to bat first

KATHMANDU: Nepal has won the toss and elected to field against America at the tri-series under the ICC World Cup Cricket League 2 underway at TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Wednesday.

America wants to register a win by defeating Nepal as it has not won any matches in the ongoing tournament.

This is the last game Nepal is playing with America under the tri-series. Earlier, Nepal had registered a win by defeating America by 35 runs in the tri-series on Saturday.

Nepal has changed one player. Spinner Lalit Narayan Rajbangsi is playing in place of pace bowler Kamal Singh Airee  in today’s match.

Oman tops the points table as it has won all the matches in the tournament.
