Nuwakot secy of Biplav outfit held



KATHMANDU: Police have arrested Nuwakot secretary of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) led by Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) on Tuesday.

Biplav cadre Bintosh Silwal alias Ashok was arrested on the charge of setting vehicles belonging to Kalika Construction P. Ltd on fire.

Ashok on July 24, 2018 had set the vehicles on fire parked in Hariharpurgadhi rural municipality-5 in Sindhuli district.

Ashok had been on the run following the arson attack.

Police said they are investigating the case after taking the arrested under control.
