KATHMANDU: Nepal’s Gopi Chandra Parki has won a gold medal in men’s 5000-meter running under the ongoing 13th South Asian Games at the Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu on Friday morning.
Parki completed the race in 14 minutes 54.20 seconds. In the competition, Nepal’s Hari Kumar Rimal bagged bronze by completing the distance in 14 minutes 57.05 seconds.
Likewise, India’s Sunil Dawar won silver by completing the race in 14 minutes 55.21 seconds.
