13th SAG: Preparations for wrestling completed



JANAKPURDHAM: Preparations have been completed to hold the wrestling matches in Janakpur under the 13th South Asian Games (SAG).

The wrestling matches will be held from December 6 to 9 in the local District Sports Development Committee’s covered hall.

The wrestling rings have already been constructed inside the covered hall. Accommodation for the players and sports officials also been arranged at hotels.

Wrestlers from Nepal and Bangladesh taking part in the wrestling competition have arrived in Janakpur, according to District Sports Development Committee’s administrative chief Binod Kumar Singh.

Players from Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka are participating in the wrestling competition.
