Over 150 vehicles impounded for plying without pass

POKHARA: District Traffic Police Office, Kaski on Saturday impounded over 150 vehicles operated without taking necessary permission from the concerned authorities.

Administration Office, Kaski had barred operation of vehicles except for the emergency ones in Kaski-2 today, the day by-elections are being held in the constituency.

Most of those impounded are motorcycles, according to traffic police.

However, ambulance, fire engines, drinking water tankers among other emergency vehicles have been allowed to operate.

An alternative route has been fixed for vehicles operating through the constituency.
