KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has announced that its Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system will remain operational during the public holidays on July 11 and 12.
Issuing a public notice on Thursday, the NRB’s Payment Systems Department said the RTGS system will be available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday despite the holidays.
The central bank said the arrangement has been made to facilitate smooth payment transactions during the final period of the current fiscal year.
