KATHMANDU: Chair of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Rajendra Lingden has said the party’s agenda has gained public acceptance despite weaknesses in its organizational condition and working style.
Addressing a gathering of party leaders and cadres organized by the Kathmandu District Committee on Saturday, Lingden claimed that public support for the RPP has increased significantly since he assumed leadership of the party.
He said the upcoming general convention would be used as a key opportunity to reform, strengthen and restructure the party.
According to Lingden, the party will move forward with a new approach, more effective working methods and a clearer strategy to further consolidate its position.
Reiterating the RPP’s longstanding agenda, he said the party would continue advocating for the restoration of the monarchy and Nepal’s identity as a Hindu state, claiming that public support for these issues has been growing.
Lingden also urged party cadres to actively expand the organization, strengthen public outreach and communicate the party’s agenda more effectively among the people.
