KATHMANDU: The District Court of Parsa has issued an arrest warrant against Birgunj Metropolitan City Mayor Rajeshman Singh along with three other individuals.
The court issued the warrant instructing the District Police Office, Parsa, to arrest the accused in connection with allegations of preparing official documents, including birth registration, citizenship, and passport papers, using false information by falsely declaring another person’s daughter as his own child.
Earlier, four separate cases had been filed against them at the court on Jestha 1 (mid-May), according to court records.
