President Paudel authenticates three ordinances



KATHMANDU: President Ramchandra Paudel has authenticated  three ordinances on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, in accordance with Article 114 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.

According to the Office of the President, the ordinances issued on Saturday include the Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Health Science Academies, 2083, the Special Provision Ordinance on Removal of Public Officials, 2083, and the Ordinance to Amend Some Nepal Acts Related to Universities, 2083.

The ordinances come into effect following their promulgation by the President, as per constitutional provisions.
