Newly elected National Assembly Vice Chair Leela Bhandari sworn in



KATHMANDU: Newly elected Vice Chair of the National Assembly, Leela Bhandari, took her oath of office and secrecy on Tuesday.

The oath-taking ceremony was conducted before National Assembly Chair Narayan Prasad Dahal in the presence of President Ram Chandra Paudel at the Sheetal Niwas.

The ceremony was attended by Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister Balendra Shah, Speaker of the House of Representatives Dol Prasad Aryal, Acting Chief Justice Sapna Pradhan Malla, ministers, MPs, heads of constitutional bodies, and senior government officials.
