Jagdish Kharel visits family of Gen-Z martyr Binod Maharjan



KATHMANDU: Newly elected Lalitpur-2 House of Representatives member Jagdish Kharel visited the family of Gen-Z martyr Binod Maharjan at their residence in Dupat Tole, Lalitpur.

Kharel met with Maharjan’s 75-year-old mother, Lata Maya Maharjan, elder sister Bina Maharjan Awale, brother Kaji Ratna Maharjan, and younger sisters Sarita and Bindu Maharjan.

Binod Maharjan was killed during the movement on September 8, and Kharel’s visit comes as part of his post-election plan to pay respects to the families of martyrs.
