McDonald’s CEO gets $675,000 severance



NEW YORK: Former McDonald’s Chief Executive Officer Stephen Easterbrook, who was fired for having a relationship with an employee, left with about $675,000 severance and 18 months of health insurance benefits.

Easterbrook, 52, is also eligible for a pro-rated annual bonus for his work this year and future payouts of restricted stock tied to the Chicago-based company’s performance, according to a regulatory filing Monday.
