Ujyalo Nepal to support Mahabir Pun in Myagdi

KATHMANDU: The Ujyalo Nepal Party has decided to support former education minister Mahabir Pun, who is contesting the election as an independent candidate in Myagdi.

Party General Secretary Dharma Chaudhary said the party has taken a formal decision to back Pun’s candidacy.
He clarified that Ujyalo Nepal has not fielded any candidate in the Myagdi constituency, and therefore the question of withdrawing a candidacy does not arise.

Chaudhary has urged party members, activists, and supporters affiliated with Ujyalo Nepal to cast their votes in favor of Mahabir Pun using the election symbol allotted to independent candidates.
