MYAGDI: Minister for Education, Science, and Technology Mahabir Pun has resigned from his post and filed his independent candidacy for the House of Representatives from Myagdi.
Pun submitted his nomination on Tuesday at the Chief Election Office in Beni ahead of the upcoming elections.
The proposer for his independent candidacy is Chitra Tilija. Pun resigned from the government three days ago and has since launched his election campaign.
