Gold price drops by Rs 500 per tola; silver down Rs 60



KATHMANDU: Gold prices fell by Rs 500 per tola on Friday, a day after surging by Rs 5,900.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, fine gold is being traded at Rs 249,700 per tola, down from Thursday’s price of Rs 250,200.

Similarly, silver prices have decreased by Rs 60 per tola. The federation has set Friday’s silver rate at Rs 3,285 per tola, compared to Rs 3,345 the previous day.
