Durgesh Thapa’s song ‘Happy Tihar’ banned



KATHMANDU: Durgesh Thapa’s latest song ‘Happy Tihar, Chiso Beer’ has been banned on the charge of using derogatory words as it could misguide the society and disrupt social harmony.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has directed the concerned sides to remove the songs from YouTube and other social media.

It is stated that the visual of the song refers to the use of banned drugs which is against existing laws.
