KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has decided to include representatives under the age of 40 in its 11th General Convention.

According to UML’s Organizational Department Chief, Kashi Nath Adhikari, each House of Representatives constituency will select four representatives, two from the open category, one woman, and one youth under 40.

The party has decided that four representatives will be chosen for every 1,200 party members in each constituency, ensuring youth participation nationwide. Additionally, 165 youth representatives will be selected from each constituency, along with five each from the ANNFSU and Youth Association Nepal.
