President and PM discuss election preparations and security



KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel and interim Prime Minister Sushila Karki held talks at Sheetal Niwas on Tuesday.

According to the President’s Secretariat, the meeting focused on the current political situation, preparations for the House of Representatives elections scheduled for March 5, and the overall security environment.

Both leaders reviewed the government’s readiness to ensure a free, fair, and secure election process.
