KATHMANDU: Heavy rainfall is likely at one or two locations in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces today, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.
With generally cloudy conditions prevailing across the country, moderate rainfall is expected in several areas of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. Light to moderate showers may also occur in a few places in Lumbini Province and other hilly regions, while isolated rain is possible in some parts of the remaining Tarai areas.
Tonight, the weather will remain generally cloudy in the hilly regions, while the rest of the country will experience mainly fair conditions. There is a chance of moderate rainfall at a few places in the hilly areas of Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces, and at one or two locations in the remaining Tarai regions.
