Grievance handling center established at MoFAGA



DAMAULI: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration, Bhagwati Neupane, has pledged to carry out her responsibilities with honesty and dedication.

Speaking at a reception organized by her party, the CPN (UML), in Dulegauda this morning, Minister Neupane expressed her commitment to fulfilling the duties entrusted to her under special circumstances with integrity.

She emphasized that the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) is not limited to employee transfers and promotions, but plays a vital role in strengthening the federal governance system as a whole.

Minister Neupane also announced the establishment of a Grievance Handling Center within the ministry, aimed at addressing complaints from both employees and service recipients. The center has already begun hearing grievances, she added.

During the program, Khim Bahadur Kumal, Deputy Secretary of the CPN (UML) District Committee, Raghunath Poudel, Chair of the Shuklagandaki Municipal Committee, and other party leaders extended their best wishes for the success of the newly appointed minister.
