KATHMANDU: Gold prices in the Nepali market soared to a record high on Friday, reaching Rs 199,400 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
Silver also climbed to an all-time high, trading at Rs 2,325 per tola, up by Rs 10 from Thursday’s rate of Rs 2,315.
