During the meeting, the Health Ministry proposed adding 2,100 personnel, including doctors and nurses, to federal hospitals to strengthen specialised services and expand healthcare delivery.

Health Minister Pradeep Paudel said additional human resources are essential to expand services across all seven provinces and to make healthcare delivery more efficient.
