Chief Minister Singh uses token system to access public services



RAJBIRAJ: Madhesh Province Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh accessed public services through the token system at the District Administration Office in Saptari today.

He received a copy of his citizenship certificate from the District Administration Office in Rajbiraj and later applied for a national identity card, standing in line like the general public, according to his Press Advisor, Awadhesh Kumar Jha.

“The Chief Minister used the same token-based process that is followed by the general public at District Administration Offices,” Jha stated.

During his visit, Chief Minister Singh also held discussions with Chief District Officer Bhola Dahal regarding the delivery of services. He stressed the importance of ensuring that services such as issuance of citizenship certificates, passports, and national identity cards are provided efficiently and in a citizen-friendly manner.
