KATHMANDU: A meeting of the House of Representatives under the Federal Parliament is being held today.
The session will convene at 1:00 PM at the Federal Parliament Building in New Baneshwor. During the meeting, Minister for Education, Science and Technology Raghuji Panta is scheduled to present a proposal to consider the Tilganga Netra University Bill, 2081, which originated in the National Assembly.
Similarly, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is expected to present a proposal to consider the Amendment to the Constitutional Council (Functions, Duties, Powers and Procedures) (First Amendment) Bill, as passed by the National Assembly.
The meeting’s agenda also includes oral questions related to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security; Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies; Ministry of Youth and Sports; and the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation.
