Congress leaders locked in heated debates inside, checking blood pressure outside

KATHMANDU: The fourth day of the Nepali Congress Central Working Committee meeting continued on Thursday, with leaders engaged in intense debates over a wide range of issues. The meeting, which began on Monday after a 10-month gap, has set 13 different agendas for discussion.

Inside the meeting hall, arguments have grown increasingly heated—ranging from organizational matters to personal grievances. Several leaders have openly expressed frustration, with verbal exchanges becoming more intense by the day.

While the atmosphere inside remains tense, some leaders were seen outside checking their blood pressure, a moment captured and shared on social media by journalists stationed at the Congress central office.
