KATHMANDU: The Government of Nepal marked the 22nd National Paddy Day and Plantation Festival at the premises of the National Agricultural Research Center.
Minister for Agriculture and Livestock Development, Ramnath Adhikari, also took part in the celebrations by planting paddy during the event.
