Foreign Minister Rana leaves for Italy



KATHMANDU: Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana left for Rome, the capital of Italy, to attend the 44th session of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Conference, scheduled from June 28 to July 4.

According to her secretariat, Minister Rana will address the main session of the conference, along with other high-level events held during the gathering.

The Nepali delegation, led by Minister Rana, includes Nepal’s Ambassador to Austria, the Permanent Representative to the FAO, and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development.

Following the conference, Minister Rana is also scheduled to participate in programs organized by the Investment Board Nepal in Milan, Italy, as well as in Hamburg and Berlin, Germany.
