Pilgrim en route to Kailash Mansarovar dies



RASUWA: A foreign national heading to Kailash Mansarovar has died while on the pilgrimage.

The deceased has been identified as Dalip Singh, 55, a resident of Fiji, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Hem Bahadur Shahi.

Singh passed away on June 21 while in Chinese territory. His body was airlifted to Kathmandu by helicopter from Keyrong, police confirmed.

The cause of death has not yet been determined, and further investigation is underway, authorities added.
