Earlier, on Sunday, a bench of Justices Manoj Kumar Sharma and Sunil Kumar Pokharel had ordered that the case be assigned to a bench eligible to hear it.

Today (Monday), the hearing was scheduled before a bench comprising Chief Justice Bishowambhar Prasad Shrestha and Justice Nityananda Pandey. However, the case was again postponed on the grounds that it could not be heard by the bench.
