Nepali cricket team to leave for S’pore tonight

KATHMANDU: Nepal’s cricket team is leaving for Singapore to play the T20 tri-series on Wednesday night.

Nepal will play against Zimbabwe on September 27, the first match of the series, and Singapore on September 28.

Likewise, Nepal will again play take on Zimbabwe on October 1 and play against Singapore on October 2.

After the tri-series, Nepal will go to Oman to play T20 series that begins on October 5 where the Nepali cricketers are scheduled to on Oman, Hong Kong, Ireland, and the Netherlands.

Nepal takes on Hong Kong on October 6, the Netherlands on October 7, Ireland on October 9, and Oman on the 10th of October.

The Nepali team includes Captain Paras Khadka, Vice-Captain Dipendra Singh Airee, wicket keeper Binod Bhandari, Sandeep Lamichhane, Rohit Kumar Paudel, Sandeep Jora, Kushal malla, Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi, Aarif Sheikh, Pawan Saraff, Karan KC, Ishan Pandey Sompal Kami, Avinash Bohora, and Sushan Bhari.
