Meeting of ruling coalition underway in Baluwatar



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the ruling coalition parties is underway at the official residence of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli in Baluwatar.

The Prime Minister called the meeting to discuss the government’s policies and programs for the upcoming fiscal year, which are scheduled to be presented in parliament.

The ruling coalition includes major parties such as the CPN-UML and the Nepali Congress, among others.

Key attendees at the ongoing meeting include Prime Minister and UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli, Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, Nepali Congress Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka, Foreign Minister Dr. Arzu Rana, UML Senior Vice President Ishwor Pokharel, General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, Deputy General Secretaries Pradeep Kumar Gyawali and Bishnu Prasad Rimal.

Other leaders present include Loktantrik Samajwadi Party Nepal Chairman Mahantha Thakur and Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Ashok Kumar Rai, among others.
