Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has fixed the foreign exchange rates for Sunday. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar has been set at Rs 137.37, while the selling rate is Rs 137.97.

Similarly, the buying rate of one European euro stands at Rs 156.02 and the selling rate at Rs 156.71. The UK pound sterling is being bought at Rs 179.78 and sold at Rs 180.57, whereas the Swiss franc is fixed at Rs 168.38 for buying and Rs 169.11 for selling.

The Australian dollar has a buying rate of Rs 85.71 and a selling rate of Rs 86.09.

Likewise, the Canadian dollar is priced at Rs 98.80 for buying and Rs 99.23 for selling, while the Singapore dollar is being traded at Rs 104.03 on the buying side and Rs 104.48 on the selling side.

Among other currencies, the buying rate for 10 Japanese yen is Rs 9.63, and the selling rate is Rs 9.67.

The Chinese yuan is being bought at Rs 18.82 and sold at Rs 18.90. For the Saudi Arabian riyal, the buying and selling rates are Rs 36.59 and Rs 36.75 respectively, while the Qatari riyal is priced at Rs 37.68 for buying and Rs 37.85 for selling.

According to the bank, the Thai baht is being exchanged at Rs 4.10 for buying and Rs 4.11 for selling. The UAE dirham is set at Rs 37.40 on the buying side and Rs 37.56 on the selling side.

The Malaysian ringgit has been fixed at Rs 31.06 for buying and Rs 31.20 for selling. Meanwhile, 100 South Korean won is valued at Rs 9.60 for buying and Rs 9.64 for selling.

The Swedish kronor is traded at Rs 14.14 for buying and Rs 14.06 for selling, and the Danish kronor at Rs 20.89 and Rs 20.98 respectively.

Additionally, the buying rate of one Hong Kong dollar is Rs 17.71, with the selling rate at Rs 17.79.

The Kuwaiti dinar is valued at Rs 448.64 for buying and Rs 450.60 for selling. The Bahraini dinar is priced at Rs 364.42 on the buying side and Rs 366.01 on the selling side.

The Omani rial is fixed at Rs 356.82 for buying and Rs 358.38 for selling.

Additionally, the rate for 100 Indian rupees is set at Rs 160.00 for buying and Rs 160.15 for selling.
