Today’s foreign currency exchange rates



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Rastra Bank has published the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank, the buying rate of one US dollar is Rs. 136.08, while the selling rate is Rs. 136.68.

The buying rate of one euro is Rs. 149.09 and the selling rate is Rs. 149.75. Similarly, one UK pound sterling is being bought at Rs. 175.43 and sold at Rs. 176.20. The Swiss franc is being traded at Rs. 158.13 for buying and Rs. 158.83 for selling.

The Australian dollar is being bought at Rs. 82.25 and sold at Rs. 82.61, while the Canadian dollar stands at Rs. 95.69 for buying and Rs. 96.11 for selling.

The buying rate for one Singapore dollar is Rs. 101.10, with the selling rate at Rs. 101.55.

Ten Japanese yen are valued at Rs. 9.26 for buying and Rs. 9.30 for selling. One Chinese yuan is being exchanged at Rs. 18.69 for buying and Rs. 18.77 for selling.

The Saudi Arabian riyal has a buying rate of Rs. 36.27 and a selling rate of Rs. 36.43, while the Qatari riyal is being bought at Rs. 37.33 and sold at Rs. 37.50.

The Thai baht is priced at Rs. 3.95 for buying and Rs. 3.97 for selling. One UAE dirham is being traded at Rs. 37.05 for buying and Rs. 37.21 for selling. The Malaysian ringgit is being bought at Rs. 30.67 and sold at Rs. 30.80.

For 100 South Korean won, the buying rate is Rs. 9.32 and the selling rate is Rs. 9.36.

The Swedish kronor stands at Rs. 13.62 for buying and Rs. 13.68 for selling, while the Danish kronor is at Rs. 20.00 and Rs. 20.08 respectively. The Hong Kong dollar is valued at Rs. 17.50 for buying and Rs. 17.58 for selling.

Among the Gulf currencies, the Kuwaiti dinar has a buying rate of Rs. 442.90 and a selling rate of Rs. 444.40.

The Bahraini dinar is being bought at Rs. 360.96 and sold at Rs. 362.56. The Omani rial is valued at Rs. 353.49 for buying and Rs. 355.50 for selling.

Similarly, the exchange rate for 100 Indian rupees has been fixed at Rs. 160.00 for buying and Rs. 160.15 for selling.
