NSL Football: Butwal Lumbini FC playing against Jhapa FC today



KATHMANDU: The third edition of the Nepal Super League (NSL) continues today with a match between Butwal Lumbini FC and Jhapa FC. The game will kick off at 6 PM at Dasharath Stadium, Tripureshwor.

This will be Jhapa FC’s second match in the tournament, while Butwal Lumbini FC will play their third.

A total of seven teams are competing in this year’s NSL: Lalitpur City FC, Kathmandu Rangers FC, Pokhara Thunders FC, Butwal Lumbini FC, Dhangadhi FC, Jhapa FC, and Chitwan FC.

The tournament began yesterday with a thrilling 2-2 draw between defending champions Lalitpur City FC and Kathmandu Rangers FC.

In previous editions, Kathmandu Rangers FC won the inaugural NSL title, while Lalitpur City FC claimed the second edition.
