KATHMANDU: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has called for greater use of domestically produced goods to promote self-reliance and strengthen the national economy.

Speaking at the inauguration of the third general convention of the Federation of Nepalese Industries and Businessmen, a mass organization affiliated with the UML, Prime Minister Oli highlighted the importance of prioritizing national production.

He urged stakeholders to work with dedication and commitment, focusing on productive efforts without expressing dissatisfaction.

The Prime Minister also assured that the government is committed to encouraging the production of domestic goods and will provide necessary support to boost local industries.

He stressed that self-reliance is crucial for the country’s sustainable economic development and highlighted the government’s readiness to facilitate this goal.
