Gold prices drop today



KATHMANDU: Gold prices have slightly decreased in the domestic market today.

Gold, which was traded at Rs 174,500 per tola last Friday, has dropped by Rs 400 to Rs 174,100 per tola today, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Business Federation.

Silver prices have also seen a slight decline.

The Federation reports that the price of silver is now set at Rs 2,450 per tola, up from Rs 2,050 per tola on Friday.

In the international market, gold is currently being traded at $2,986 per ounce.
