US chartered plane brings 10 Nepalis back to Kathmandu



KATHMANDU: A US charter plane has brought 10 Nepali citizens back to Nepal after they violated immigration laws in the United States.

The US GRP-23 aircraft, carrying the deported Nepali nationals, landed at Tribhuvan International Airport at 10 a.m. on Wednesday

Among the 10 individuals, some had been living in the US illegally, while others were deported for immigration violations.

Their return to Nepal follows a policy set by President Donald Trump, which focused on the deportation of illegal immigrants.
