Gold prices drop by Rs 800 per tola



KATHMANDU: The price of gold fell in the local market on Wednesday, with a decrease of Rs 800 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, gold is being traded at Rs 170,500 per tola today, down from Rs 171,300 per tola on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the price of silver remains steady at Rs 1,940 per tola.

The drop in gold prices is attributed to fluctuations in the international market, impacting local trading rates.
