Shekhar Koirala vows to protect party workers, ensure fairness



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala has pledged to prevent any injustice within the party and to protect its leaders and members.

Speaking at the Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality Conference on Sunday, Koirala assured party workers that he would take responsibility for their protection. He urged them to confidently strengthen the organization and ensure timely membership renewals.

Emphasizing the need to build strong institutions rather than relying on individuals, Koirala reiterated that the upcoming general convention must be held as scheduled.

Currently on a nationwide tour, Koirala arrived in Nepalgunj on Saturday as part of his continued district visits.
