Black Bulls FC wins Aaha Rara Gold Cup



KATHMANDU: Uzbekistan’s Black Bulls FC has won the Aaha Rara Pokhara Gold Cup, defeating Nepal Police Club 3-1 in the final.

Playing in the tournament for the first time, Black Bulls secured the title with goals from Jakhongir Akhmadov, Asilbek Oriejonov, and Shavkatjon Sattorov. Nepal Police Club’s only goal came as an own goal by Alijon Alijonov in the 77th minute.

Akhmadov opened the scoring in the 40th minute, followed by Oriejonov doubling the lead in the 58th minute. Sattorov extended the lead to 3-0 in the 66th minute before the own goal made it 3-1.

Black Bulls had reached the final after defeating Three Star Club, while Nepal Police Club secured their spot by overcoming Church Boys United.
