DHANUSHA: Chief Minister of Madhesh Province, Satish Kumar Singh, expressed confidence that the Janakpur Literature Festival would play a key role in preserving and promoting Mithila literature, music, and culture.

In his remarks during the inaugural session of the Sixth Janakpur Literature Festival, the Chief Minister hoped the event would contribute to spreading literary, cultural, and social awareness.

Singh also highlighted that ensuring the continuity of literature and art in the present time is a challenging task.

He called for the continuation of such events in Janakpurdham, with support from all stakeholders, to uncover and celebrate cultural activities.
